【摘要】 目的:评价股骨近端髓内钉-螺旋刀片(proximal femoral nail anti-rotation,PFNA)治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:2009年6月～2010年9月采用PFNA内固定治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折28例,统计术中出血量、手术时间、并发症、骨折愈合情况及髋关节功能恢复情况,总结PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。结果:术后平均随访13.2个月,术中平均出血170 mL,平均手术时间55 min,骨折均达临床愈合,根据髋关节Harris功能评分标准优18例,良8例,优良率为92.9%,无感染及内固定失败等并发症。结论:PFNA具有创伤小,操作简单、固定牢靠等特点,是治疗老年性股骨转子间骨折的理想选择,尤其适用于合并骨质疏松的老年患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA) used on treating elderly intertrochanteric fractures.Methods: 28 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures who were treated with PFNA from June 2009 to September 2010 were selected.The effect of PFNA was evaluated by blood loss,operating time,complications,fracture healing and function recovery.Results: The mean follow-up time was 13.2 months,the mean blood loss was 170 mL,the mean operating time was 55 min,all of the fracture was healed successfully,and no infection or failure of internal fixation was observed.The recovery of hip function was satisfactory according to Harris hip function score,18 cases were excellent and 8 cases were good,the excellent and good result rate was 92.9%.Conclusion: PFNA has advantage of being minimally invasive and simply operative with rigid fixation,and is an effective device for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly,especially for old patients with osteoporosis.更多还原
