【摘要】 农业的低碳化发展是近年来广州着力打造优质、高效、低碳经济的重要组成部分,事关广州都市农业的转型升级和新农村建设,事关新时期节能减排目标计划的实施与低碳城市建设的成败。论文运用SWOT方法,分析了广州低碳农业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,指出广州在都市农业产业结构不断优化、农业产业化经营水平进一步提升、农业科技创新与应用步伐加快,农业基础设施水平高、技术推广体系成效显著等背景下,低碳农业发展的战略定位应为建设都市现代低碳农业,通过低碳农业的技术创新与研发、示范和产业化和不断完善社会化服务体系等,推进这一目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The attempt to promote the low carbon development of agriculture in Guangzhou is a vital part of the high-quality and high-efficient economy designed and emphasized by local government in recent years,as it is critical to the undergoing transformation of urban agriculture and the new countryside reconstruction,and also of vital importance to energy conservation and pollution reduction efforts targets stated in the government’s newly five-year plan and the success of low-carbon urban construction.The necessity,strengths,weaknesses,opportunities as well as the threats of low-carbon agriculture development in Guangzhou were investigated with SWOT analysis method in this paper.Concerning the continuous optimization of the urban agricultural structure,enhancement of industrialized operation of agriculture,acceleration of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and application,strong agricultural infrastructure as well as the noticeable achievements of new agricultural technologies spreading system,the strategic standpoint for the low-carbon agriculture was suggested to be the development of modern low-carbon urban agriculture and should be implemented by improving the technological innovative capability,promoting new and high agro-technological results to be demonstrated and industrialized as well as continuously improving the socialized service systems.更多还原
