【摘要】 我国竞技体育管理制度实行的是举国体制,其管理的方式为中央集权地方分权。虽然在"奥运战略"的方针指引下一切为了奥运金牌而努力,但在平时的发展中各省均有自己发展竞技体育的自主权。因此,我国各地区竞技体育就形成了具有区域特征的竞争优势,在区域竞争日益激烈的竞技体育环境中,如何保持与延续自身竞技体育竞争优势,优势创新就成为最有效的途径。通过对区域竞技体育发展路径创新的研究发现,创新的驱动力来源于竞赛需要与科学技术的发展;其方法是打破路径依赖槽;内容包括竞技体育管理体制创新、竞技体育科技制度创新、竞技体育人才培养制度创新、竞技体育赛事管理制度创新,以及运动项目管理创新等几方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese sports management system is nation-sponsored sports system,and its management way is centralization and decentralization. Although guided by "Olympic strategy",all efforts are for the Olympic medals,every province has its competitive sports autonomy in the usual development. Therefore,local competitive sports form competitive advantages with regional characteristics. In modern sports environment,of which regional competition is increasingly fierce,how to keep and continue their competitive advantage,innovation of advantage will become the most efficient way. Through studying the innovation of regional competitive sports development path,it is found that driving forces for the innovation comes from competition needs and the development of science and technology; the method is to break path dependence; the innovation path is a kind of gradual reform,its content includes the management system innovation, science and technology institution innovation, talent cultivation system innovation,competition management system innovation,sports management innovation and so on.更多还原
