【摘要】 从体育健康促进理念出发,对山东省中小学一线学科教师的体育参与状况进行了抽样调查。结果显示,目前中小学教师的体育参与程度在整体上还处于相当低的水平,存在严重的运动不足问题。必须采取有效举措鼓励广大教师积极参与体育运动,逐渐形成体育运动参与与减轻职业压力的良性互动,最终实现有效增强教师身心健康的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the idea of health promoted by sports,this paper analyzes the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ sport participation in Shandong Province.It is found that this groups’ sports participation is still at rather low level,being obviously lack of sports.Effective measures must be taken to encourage teachers to take part in sports actively,and gradually form the benign interaction between sports participation and occupational stress,which would ultimately realize the purpose of boosting physical and mental health of teachers.更多还原
