【摘要】 在生产者延伸责任制度(extended producer responsibility,EPR)下,汽车生产者参与报废汽车回收处置管理有三种模式:生产者自营回收模式、生产者联盟回收模式和第三方外包回收模式。通过构建生产企业的决策模型,对不同回收模式下生产企业可能实现的最大收益及其条件进行定量分析,找出生产者最优利润的影响因素,探讨这三种回收模式的适用范围,为生产者对报废汽车回收模式的选择问题提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to cope with the environmental problem caused by end- of- life productions,extended producer responsibility is proposed on the basis of the whole life cycle theory,which extends producer’s responsibility for productions to the stages of design and recycle in productions’ whole life cycle. This paper presents three recycling modes of end- of- life vehicles which the manufacturer is responsible for,such as manufacturer take- back( MT),pooled take- back( PT) and third- party take- back( TPT). By constructing a decision- making model for enterprises,makes quantitative analysis on the possible maximum profit and conditions to achieve it respectively and figures out related influencing factors. Finally,provides some suggestions as references for auto- producers to do decision- making.更多还原
