【摘要】 资源循环利用产业是21世纪的朝阳产业,是我国七大战略性新兴产业之一——节能环保产业的子产业,是中国经济可持续发展的必由之路。文章从人类社会的发展轨迹、全球区域发展的角度和产业演化规律三个层面阐述了资源循环利用产业发展的必然性和必要性,分析了该产业"三密一高"(政策密集型、技术密集型、劳动密集型和高附加值)的特征。最后,文章在总结我国资源循环利用产业的实证发展经验基础上,结合产业未来发展趋势,归纳和演绎了该产业的11类典型发展模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resource recycling industry is a leading industry of the 21st century,a sub-industry of the energy conservation and environmental protection industries,which is one of the strategic emerging industries of China.It is also the way for China’s sustainable economic development.This article illustrates the certainty and necessity of resource recycling industry development from the track of human development,the point of global regional development and the rule of industry evolution.The author is also analyzed the industry features of labor-intensive,policy-intensive,technologyintensive and high value-added.On the basis of summarized practical development experience in China’s resource recycling industry,combined industry’s future development trends,11 categories of typical development model in this industry are summed up and deduced.更多还原
