基于熵的循环经济发展评价可靠性研究——以“京津冀”经济区为例
The Evaluation of Reliability and Demonstration of Recycling Economy Development Based on Entropy:Take “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei” Economic Zone for Example
【摘要】 用频率统计分析和专家调查等方法筛选循环经济发展经济、环境、社会、资源四个子系统的具体指标,建立循环经济评价指标体系;通过熵的可靠性分析提高评价指标体系的可靠性,并利用相对熵集结模型确定了各指标的权重。对"京津冀"经济区循环经济发展现状进行评价,得出影响"京津冀"经济区循环经济发展的主要因素有:污水处理能力、生活垃圾无害化处理率、人均公园绿地面积、资源回收率、能源综合利用率、煤炭占能源消费总量的比重等。
【Abstract】 Screening four subsystems specific indicators of recycling economy development:economy,environment,society and resources,using frequency statistics analysis and expert investigation method,the paper establishes the evaluation index system of recycling economy.Improving the reliability of the evaluation index system reliability by entropy method,and weighting by means of relative entropy model(REM),and taking "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" Economic Zone as an example to analyze the results of the study shows that the main factors affecting the development of recycling economy of "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" Economic Zone area,sewage treatment capacity,life garbage treatment rate,per capita green area,resource recovery,energy comprehensive utilization,coal accounts for a proportion of total energy consumption etc..
