浅析坝系工程在新疆小流域治理中的实践与思考——以阿勒泰将军沟小流域为例
Study on the effect of dam system projection in watershed management in Xinjiang:A case study in Jiangjungou Watershed,Altay
【摘要】 为了了解坝系工程在新疆小流域治理中的应用效果,考察阿勒泰将军沟以坝系工程措施为主的小流域治理模式的效果和问题。结果表明:坝系工程在短期内能有效地降低洪水流速,拦挡泥沙;但将军沟植被稀少,沟壑纵横,季节性洪水冲刷,导致坝系损毁严重,单纯的坝系工程并不能有效地抑制水土流失,且造成投资浪费。提出在新疆特殊的自然地理环境条件下,必须以生态修复为主,坝系工程为辅助措施,因害设防,才能达到减轻水土流失的目的。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of dam system project on the watershed management in Xinjiang,the effects and problems of watershed management based on dam system project in Jiangjungou watershed,Altay was investigated. Results showed that the dam projection can efficiently reduce the flood speed,and block sediments within a short time period. However,due to the comprehensive effect of scarce vegetation cover,crisscrossed ditch,and seasonal flood erosion in the watershed,the dam body was severely damaged,and could not prevent the soil erosion efficiently here. Moreover,the waste of investment was also produced accordingly. Therefore, this paper suggested that under the unique geographical and environmental background of Xinjiang,the ecological restoration should be selected as the main approach to reduce soil and water loss here with the proper association of dam system projections.
