【摘要】 教师信息素养是教师适应社会信息环境及其发展要求所应具备的运用信息品质、获取信息知识与利用信息的能力。当前教师信息技术能力水平良莠不齐,对信息技术素养的重要性认识不够,学校的硬件设施制约教师信息素养提高。应加强教师自身的信息意识和信息观念的培养,组织建立优秀的培训团队和机构,做好新教师的现代信息技术教育培训,加强在职教师信息素养的继续教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers’ information attainments refer to the abilities of acquiring and using information to meet the needs of information environment and development.Nowadays,teachers have less information technology,poor understanding of information attainments,and backward hardware facilities,which restrict the improvement of teachers’ information attainments.Therefore,efforts need to be made to strengthen their self-awareness and self-cultivation of information,build excellent training team and organizations,implement the training of modern information technology for new teachers,and improve the continuing education of in-service teachers.更多还原
