水溶性膳食纤维抗过敏活性研究

【摘要】 为了研究水溶性膳食纤维的抗过敏活性,以豆渣、麦麸和柑橘为原料,得到了多种膳食纤维样品,测定了其透明质酸酶抑制率和相对分子质量。结果显示:柑橘膳食纤维比豆渣和麦麸膳食纤维具有更高的抗过敏活性,不同相对分子质量柑橘膳食纤维的抗过敏活性无明显差别;在试验选定的0.2%~1.2%的浓度范围内,随着浓度的上升,膳食纤维的抗过敏活性相应增强。

【Abstract】 In order to study the antiallergic activity of soluble dietary fi bers,variety of dietary fi ber samples were extracted from bean dregs,wheat bran and citrus.The hyaluronidase inhibition rate and molecular weight were determined.The result showed that antiallergic activity of citrus dietary fi ber was higher than that of bean dregs and wheat bran samples.Antiallergic activity of dietary fi bers with different molecular weight of citrus had no significant difference.The antiallergic activity increased with the increasing of dietary fi ber concentration in the range of 0.2%~1.2%.
