响应面法优化微波辅助压榨茶叶籽油工艺
Optimization of squeezing technology of tea seed oil with microwave by using response surface methodology
【摘要】 利用响应面法优化微波辅助压榨法提取茶叶籽油提取工艺,利用Box-behnken实验设计建立了物料水分含量、微波输出功率密度、微波时间、颗粒大小与得油率之间的数学模型。通过响应面法确定最优工艺条件为:茶叶籽仁粉水分含量26.8%、微波输出功率密度15.81W/g、微波时间78s、颗粒大小70目,在此条件下压榨茶叶籽油实验得率为22.02%,油脂提取率为78.3%。油脂的理化性质与冷榨茶叶籽油差别不大,香气浓郁。
【Abstract】 Response surface methodology was employed to optimize the technology of tea seed oil which is squeezed with microwave, and a mathematical model was created to describe the effects of the moisture content, microwave output power density, microwave time, and particle size on oil yield using Box-Behnken experimental design. The optimal technologies were moisture content 26.8%, microwave output power density 15.81 W/g, microwave time 78 s, and particle size 70 mesh. Under these conditions, the experimental yield was 22.02%, and the extraction rate of oil was 78.3%. The physicochemical properties of tea seed oil is no significant difference with low-temperature squeezing tea seed oil, and its aroma is better than the aroma of squeezing tea seed oil at low-temperature.
