ICP-OES法测定醋栗中的微量元素

【摘要】 采用微波消解处理醋栗样品,应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法同时测定其中B、Na、Mg、P、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn等10种微量元素的分析方法。详细地考察了各待测元素的分析线、等离子体射频功率和雾化气流量等实验参数。结果表明,所有待测元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2.87%,通过添加标准进行加标回收,回收率在94.30%~106.65%。该法准确度高,精密好,并能同时进行多种元素测定等优点,完全能满足样品测定要求,可为醋栗中无机元素的快速检测提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Samples of gooseberry were digested by microwave digestion, and trace elements amounts of B, Na, Mg, P, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu and Zn in sample solutions were determined by axially viewed inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The influence of experiment parameters: analytical line, ICP RF power and nebulizer gas flow were investigated in detail. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 2.87% for all the elements, and the recovery was 94.30%~106.65% by adding standard recovery experiment. This method was simple, sensitive and precise and can perform simultaneous multi-elements determination of gooseberry, which could satisfy the sample examination request and provide scientific rationale for determining inorganic elements of gooseberry.
