鸡胚多肽分子量分布研究比较
Analyzed of molecular weight distribution of chicken embryo hydrolysates
【摘要】 采用Sephadex G-25层析、SDS-PAGE电泳等分析方法对鸡胚多肽水解产物的分子量分布进行分析,结果表明,蛋白酶所得到的水解产物肽分子是连续分布的,不同的酶酶解液所得的多肽分子量分布不同。TR-菠萝复合酶酶解液中酶解得到较多低于MW30000不同分子量的低分子小肽,因此选择其作为酶解鸡胚蛋白的最佳作用酶。
【Abstract】 Molecular weight distribution of chicken embryo hydrolysates was analyzed through Sephadex G-25 layer and SDS-PAGE electricity. It showed that the peptide were continuous distribution. The different hydrolysates obtained polypeptides molecular weight distribution is different. The hydrolysates of TR and pineapple compound protease obtains more different molecular weight less than MW30000, therefore chooses it to take as the best protease on chicken embryo.
