【摘要】 通过运用四阶段DEA的方法,首先分析环境变量对各地区技术效率的影响,并得到过滤掉环境因素影响的技术效率;再运用Bootstrap技术,得到各地区纠偏后的技术效率.结果分析表明:可节约劳动的调整对东中部地区效率变动产生较大的影响,资本调整仅起次要作用;可节约资本与劳动的调整对西部地区效率变动都产生重要影响.环境变量的作用表现为:民营资本、基础设施、产业升级、FDI等因素对提升地区技术效率起重要作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 With the use of Four-stage DEA method,the author explained the influence on technical efficiency from environment variables and also got the technical efficiency without environment variables’ influence;then on the base of which,he corrected the random error on the technical efficiency by using the Bootstrap-DEA technology.During the period of three-stage DEA,he made the hypothesis of capital changed,but other factors including input & output unchanged,then used the DEA model,obtained the following conclusion:for the Eastern and the Central regions,the environment variables made the influence to its efficiency change mainly through the adjustment of the labor slack;while for the Western region,that the environment variables made the influences to its efficiency change both through the adjustment of the labor slack and the capital slack.The role of environment variables is that ownership reform,foreign investment and structural optimization,all advantageous to the local technology efficiency improvement,these are also good choices to improve technology efficiency in backward areas.更多还原
