【Abstract】 Classroom teaching method is an important factor to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of classroom teaching,which is also a means to train the students’ independent thinking and vocational skills that convert the knowledge into ability,especially the transformation to meet the need and development of the society. In the reform and practice of "Commodity and Material Science" classroom teaching,the classroom leaders use new thinking,new ideas to launch classroom teaching activities,which obtained a good teaching results,through a series of tentative reform,including the intensive teaching and scouring,emphasizing of the problem,improving the students’ knowledge structure,the comprehensive application of deductive and inductive methods,and the integration of the teaching method of class unit.更多还原
