【Abstract】 The research progress of common ulmus species tissue culture in recent years were reviewed,including materials selection and treatments,the selection of mediums and adjustments,physical and chemical factors that have impacts on ulmus tissue culture,striking root problems,and others.Finally,the research trend of ulmus tissue culture in the future was predicted.更多还原
