【摘要】 从过去只去保护文物本体,到现在认识到控制保护文物本体周围的地带重要性,从而提出了建设控制地带界线和保护范围界线"两线"的概念,可以说文物保护工作已有了质的飞跃。但是,"两线"的划定工作仍存在很多问题,也是城市规划建设产生摩擦较多的问题之一。本文通过提出"两线"存在的问题,并给出相应解决建议,以及结合横道河子镇圣母进堂教堂为例,来探讨如何更合理的划定"两线"。更多还原

【Abstract】 The awareness of the importance of controlling the areas surrounding the historic relic shifting from the single protection of the body itself indicates a qualitative leap to propose the concept of the boundary of protection and construction control(hereinafter referred to as two boundaries).There are still,however,a considerable amount of issues in the delimitation of two boundaries,which is one of the most controversial topics during urban planning and construction.In this paper,the problems in defining the two boundaries were introduced and the corresponding solutions were put forward.Finally,the Orthodox Church in Hengdaohezi Town was used as an example to explore how to determine the two boundaries more reasonably.更多还原
