【摘要】 目的总结颈横动脉锁骨上穿支皮瓣的临床应用经验,为该皮瓣的合理应用提供参考。方法回顾性总结43例采用颈横动脉锁骨上穿支皮瓣修复治疗的颈部瘢痕畸形患者的病例资料,分析穿支血管的解剖变异、手术方式、皮瓣设计、手术效果及并发症等情况。结果颈横动脉锁骨上穿支血管存在解剖变异,有4例从锁骨下发出;该穿支形成的扩张皮瓣与非扩张皮瓣血运可靠,无1例缺血坏死;该皮瓣修复颌颈部瘢痕,效果满意。结论颈横动脉锁骨上穿支皮瓣是修复颈部瘢痕挛缩的良好方法,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide references for the rational application of perforator flap by summarizing the clinical application experience of this flap at supraclavicular transverse cervical artery.Methods The case data of 43 patients adopted the perforate flap at the supraclavicular transverse cervical artery to restore the neck scar deformity were summarized retrospectively.The anatomic variation of perforator vessels,operational method,flap design,operation results and complications were analyzed.Results The perforator vessels of supraclavicular transverse cervical artery in four patients developed anatomic variation,stretching out from the infraclavicula.The expanded and non-expanded flaps harvested from the perforating branch had reliable blood circulation without the occurrence of ischemic necrosis.Satisfying results have been realized by the flaps in the restoration of jaw-neck scar.Conclusion Application of perforator flap at the supraclavicular transverse cervical artery is a good way to restore the neck scar contracture and is worth of popularization and application.更多还原
