【摘要】 面向地方发展的高校图书馆信息服务有信息资源、人力资源、技术资源等方面的优势,同时也存在着管理体制上的限制,使得地方高校图书馆的服务既取得了很大发展,又在广度和深度上存在很多问题。地方高校图书馆可以通过以服务地方高端用户为突破,与地方公共图书馆和重点相关单位合作来破解管理体制上的限制,开展信息教育服务,并相应调整馆内机制与馆藏结构等方式来完善其信息服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 University Library Information Service-oriented local development have some advantages of information resources, human resources, technical resources, and restrictions of the management system. The local university libraries services have achieved great development, but there are still many problems in extension and depth.
