【摘要】 如何在校企合作背景下,既适应企业的需求,改革人才培养模式,又不牺牲学生的人文素质培养,是高职院校面临的一道难题。以牺牲人文素质培养为代价的人才培养模式使对高职院校、企业、毕业生均面临较大的危机,要解决这一危机,企业的介入具有较高的可行性。但在模式的选择上,三种常规模式:选拔型的小班模式、嵌入型的顶岗模式、常规型的改良模式均存在较大的缺陷,需要在整合的基础上探索新的培养模式。更多还原
