【摘要】 目的探讨综合干预对恢复期精神分裂症患者病情的影响。方法将92例恢复期精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组46例和对照组46例,实验组服用抗精神病药配合综合干预;对照组仅用抗精神病药物治疗。两组分别在入组时和治疗12周末进行护士观察量表(NOSIE)和阴性症状量表(SANS)评定。结果实验组和对照组的量表评分在入组时无显著性差异(P>0.05)、在治疗12周末有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论综合干预对恢复期精神分裂症患者的精神症状、生活能力及社会功能有明显的改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive interventions on convalescent patients with schizophrenia.Methods Ninety-two patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,46 cases for each group.Experimental group received antipsychotic drugs in conjunction with comprehensive interventions,while control group antipsychotic drugs alone.Both groups underwent assessment with nurses observation scale(NOSIE) and negative symptom scale(SANS) before treatment and after a 12-week treatment.Results The scores showed no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but showed significant difference after a 12-week treatment(P<0.01).Conclusions Comprehensive interventions can obviously improve the psychiatric symptoms,living activities and social function of convalescent patients with schizophrenia.更多还原
