酒精蒸馏技术的进步与节能减排

【摘要】 差压蒸馏是酒精蒸馏技术的一大进步,能有效实现节能减排并减少环境污染。本文从普通酒精由单塔常压蒸馏到两塔进料三塔差压蒸馏,高质量酒精由多塔蒸馏到多塔差压蒸馏,阐述了差压蒸馏与常压蒸馏相比节省蒸汽55%~62%,减排糟液1~2.5 t/t酒精;多塔差压蒸馏相比多塔常压蒸馏减排废液约3.6 t/t酒精。

【Abstract】 Differential pressure distillation is a major advance of alcohol distillation technology,which can effectively achieve the energy conservation and emission reduction and reduce environmental pollution. Through research on ordianry alcohol from single-tower atmospheric distillation to three-tower differential pressure distillation of two-tower feeding and high-quality alcohol from multi-tower distillation to multitower differential pressure distillation,the paper illustrates that,compared with atmospheric distillation, differential pressure distillation can save steam about 55% ~ 62% and reduce distillage emissions about 1 ~ 2. 5 t / t alcohol. Compared with multi-tower atmospheric distillation,multi-tower differential pressure distillation can reduce waste liquid about 3. 6 t / t alcohol.
