【Abstract】 A great number of documents has identified that the walnut,as a rare kind of oleaginous fruit tree,has the plenty of nutrition all over the body.However,strengthen and profundity for developing walnut products in China is not enough with the primary and low added-value products.This essay summarizes the abstraction and physiological functions of different parts of walnut(including kernel,leaf,shell,flower and hull),and tables some proposals for its effective exploitation.It is purposed to provide the evidence for making full use of abundant natural resources of walnut,making the products further and enhancing the added-value of walnut products.更多还原
