五味子多糖的研究进展

【摘要】 从提取分离、分级纯化、含量测定、药理作用等方面对五味子多糖进行概述。五味子多糖的提取方法由一般的水提醇沉法,发展到碱水法、微波提取法等;五味子多糖的分级纯化多使用不同浓度乙醇,并用石油迷等有机溶剂除去蛋白,现已进一步分离得到几个单一化合物;五味子多糖的含量测定一般采用苯酚-硫酸或硫酸-蒽酮等比色法;五味子多糖药理作用的研究涉及消化系统、心血管系统、中枢神经系统以及抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等多方面。

【Abstract】 Schisandra Polysaccharide from extraction,separation,classication,purification,assay,pharmacological effects and other aspects were summarized.The extraction methods of Schisandra polysaccharide developed from general water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,to alkaline water,microwave methods,etc;Schisandra polysaccharide grading purifying was used different concentrations of ethanol,and the protein was removed by petroleum fans and other organic solvents;several single compounds are further isolated now;the determination of the amount of polysaccharide Schisandra in commonly used Phenol-sulfuric acid or sulfuric acid-anthrone colorimetry;Schisandra polgsaccharide pharmacological research involvde the digestive system,cardiovascular system,central nervous system as well as antioxidant,anti-aging,anti-tumor,etc.
