【摘要】 阳光体育运动的开展正在初步的探索阶段,将民族传统体育融入阳光体育运动是摆在我们面前值得思考的历史命题。本文以乐山市62所中小学为调查对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,调查民族传统体育在阳光体育运动开展现状,探索了民族传统体育在阳光体育运动开展的必要性、可行性。试图在阳光体育运动中寻找出一条符合中小学生身心且适合开展的民族传统体育之路,为阳光体育运动的开展提供理论参考和实践依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sunshine sports development is in preliminary exploration stage.Integrating the national tradition sports in the sunshine sports are the historical proposition which is worth in front of us pondering.This paper takes 62 elementary and middle schools in Leshan as the investigation object,by using literature review,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,the author investigates national tradition sports development in the sunshine sports,explores the necessity,feasibility of sunshine sports development.The main purpose is to find out the suitable way that conforms to the elementary and middle school students’phy sical and mental requirement,and provides the theoretical reference and practical basis for sunshine sports development.更多还原
