【摘要】 通过对我国当前农村中小学骨干教师培训模式进行科学性的研究,主要从培训主体角度来构建"院校培训模式、研训结合培训模式、校本培训模式(包括导师制培训模式、远程教育培训模式)"相结合的多元化农村中小学体育骨干教师培训模式,并对其应用策略进行了初步的探讨。为教育职能部门开展相关方面的工作提供理论和实践参考。更多还原
