贝类水产品中汞的形态分析

【摘要】 建立贝类水产品中二价汞、甲基汞、乙基汞和苯基汞的高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(HPLC-ICPMS)分离检测方法。本方法利用C18反相高效液相色谱柱对贝类水产品中二价汞、甲基汞、乙基汞和苯基汞进行分离,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱对汞元素进行检测,并利用外标法定量测定贝类水产品中各形态的汞含量。本研究优化色谱分离条件,以甲醇-乙酸铵溶液为流动相,通过梯度洗脱,4种汞形态在15min内得到了有效地分离。本方法操作简便、分离效果好、检出限低,适用于贝类水产品中有机汞的检测。

【Abstract】 Four mercury species(inorganic mercury,methyl-mercury,ethyl-mercury and phenyl-mercury) in shellfish muscle were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(HPLC-ICP-MS).A C18 reverse phase HPLC column was applied to separate four mercury species,and their concentrations were measured by using ICP-MS th roug h an external s tandard method.The method was optimized and the four mercury species could be effectively separated within 15 min using gradient elution with methanol/ammonium acetate as the mobile phase.This developed method is simple,efficient and sensitive,which can be suitable for determination of mercury species in shellfish muscle.
