【摘要】 建立测定葡萄汁饮料中单咖啡酰酒石酸含量的超高效液相色谱法,对方法学进行了验证。结果表明在0.50～50.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,方法的批内及批间准确度在97.1%～106.0%,精确度(RSD)小于4.1%,基质加标回收率在101.8%～109.0%。用该法测定了市售葡萄汁饮料中咖啡酰酒石酸的含量,结果准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method was proposed and validated for determination of cafteric acid in grape juice by ultra-performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that there was good linearity in the range of 0.50–50.00 μg/mL.The interbatch and intra-batch precision(RSD) were between 97.1% and 106.0%,and the accurate(RSD) was less than 4.1%.The recoveries of cafteric acid from spiked samples ranged from 101.8% to 109.0%.The described method was successfully used for determination of cafteric acid in commercial grape juice drinks.更多还原
