【摘要】 建立了一种同时检测四种防腐剂的高效液相色谱-串联质谱的分析方法。样品经甲醇超声提取,oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱的方法分析了四种尼泊金酯类防腐剂。采用多反应监测模式和外标法定量,在0.1～10 ng/mL范围内有很好的线性,在三个浓度水平上的添加回收率的平均值在(81.9±6.41)%～(92.41±7.39)%,相对标准偏差6.55%～9.78%。该方法适用于糕点样品中四种尼泊金酯类防腐剂的检测,有检测速度快,灵敏度高的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 A feasible method has been developed for the determination of four nipagin esters simultaneously in cookies by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry（HPLC-MS/MS）.Samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with methanol.The extract was concentrated and purified by oasis HLB solid-phase extraction（SPE） column,and then analyzed on HPLC-MS/MS.The multiple reaction monitoring（MRM） and external standard were used for quantitative determination.The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.1¹0 ng/mL.The recoveries of 4 nipagin esters at three spiked concentration levels ranged from（81.9±6.41）%^92.41±7.39% with the relative standard deviations（RSD） of 6.55%⁹.78%.The method is suitable for the determination of four nipagin esters in cookies with the high sensitivity.更多还原
