各种氨基酸对枯草芽孢杆菌生产聚谷氨酸的促进作用
Stimulatory Effects of Some Amino Acids on γ-Polyglutamic Production by Bacillus subtilis
【摘要】 研究了各种氨基酸对枯草芽孢杆菌发酵生产聚谷氨酸的影响。在发酵初始添加3 g/L天冬氨酸、1.5 g/L苯丙氨酸和在对数生长期晚期添加7 g/L谷氨酸使聚谷氨酸产量分别提高12.6%,23.7%和31.7%。再用均匀设计法进一步优化。优化后的氨基酸添加量为:8 g/L谷氨酸、3.5 g/L天冬氨酸、1 g/L苯丙氨酸,γ-PGA产量达到37.92 g/L,与优化前得到的培养结果相比,提高了9.9%。
【Abstract】 The effect of amino acid on production of γ-Polyglutamic by Bacillus subtilis Z-115 was investigated.The γ-Polyglutamic production was increased 12.6%,23.7% and 31.7%,respectively,with 3 g/L aspartic acid,1.5 g/L phenylalanine fed to the fermentation medium at the initial fermentation and 7 g/L glutamic acid at 24 h.Then,Uniform design was adopted for further optimization.The concentration of amino acids was obtained as follows: glutamic acid 8 g/L,aspartic acid 3.5 g/L,phenylalanine 1 g/L.Under such conditions,the γ-PGA production was increased to 37.92 g/L,which was 9.9% higher than the maximum value in the single factor tests.
