【摘要】 石油科技成果经济效益是科技成果的投入与产出之间的对比关系,即研究所得与所费之间的关系。这种关系可用投入产出比来表示。文中对石油科技成果经济效益计算软件进行开发研究,所开发的科技成果计算软件,适合CNPC存续企业,实现了对石油科技成果统计型指标及预测指标的计算,能够计算出不同类型(专业)科技成果的经济效益。软件在四川石油管理局实施,取得了良好的效果,并获得了"四川石油管理局2003年度科学技术进步"一等奖。更多还原

【Abstract】 The petroleum technological production economy benefit is the contrast relationship of the input and output of the technological production,that is investigating the relationship of the income and cost,which is using the ration of the input and output to show. The software of the petroleum technological production economy benefit is developed in this paper,which is fit for the CNPC enterprise. The statistical and forecastable calculation is implemented by the software,and the different speciality technological production of economy benefit can be calculated. The software is put in practiced in the Sichuan petroleum management bureau,which acquires the better result,and at the same time the first class award of "Sichuan petroleum management bureau science and technology advancement in 2003"is awarded.更多还原
