【摘要】 目的探讨共刺激因子B7-H1与CXC趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)在膀胱移行细胞癌组织表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测60例膀胱移行细胞癌及12例正常膀胱组织中B7-H1及CXCR4的表达,并分析其与膀胱移行细胞癌临床病理参数的关系及两者表达之间的相关性。结果 B7-H1与CXCR4在正常膀胱组织中不表达,在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中表达阳性率分别为71.7%(43/60)和65.0%(39/60),与正常膀胱组织比较差异有显著性(χ2=21.352、17.018,P<0.05)。膀胱移行细胞癌组织中B7-H1、CXCR4表达与肿瘤的临床病理分级、临床分期及复发有关(χ2=4.250～5.240,P<0.05);且B7-H1与CXCR4的表达呈明显正相关(r=0.469,P<0.01)。结论膀胱移行细胞癌组织B7-H1与CXCR4表达与肿瘤临床进展过程中的免疫逃逸现象密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of B7-H1 and CXCR4 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC) and their significance.Methods With immunohistochemical SP method,the expressions of B7-H1 and CXCR4 in 60 BTCC samples and 12 normal bladder samples were detected.The relationship between the two expressions with clinicopathological parameters of BTCC,and the correlation between the two parameters was analyzed.Results In normal bladder tissues,no expressions of B7-H1 and CXCR4 were detected,while in BTCC,the expressions of that in BTCC were 71.7% and 66.7%.respectively,the differences were significant as compared with normal bladder tissues(χ2=21.352,17.018;P<0.05).The expressions of B7-H1 and CXCR4 were associated with clinicopathologic grade,clinical stage and recurrence of the cancer(χ2=4.250-5.240,P<0.05),and B7-H1 was positively correlated with CXCR4(r=0.469,P<0.01).Conclusion The expressions of B7-H1 and CXCR4 in BTCC are closely related to immune escape in the progression of this malignancy.更多还原
