【摘要】 目的了解手足口病散发流行期间居民对本病相关知识的知晓程度和影响因素,为今后更好地开展预防控制工作提供理论依据。方法采用自制的调查问卷,对2009年4月—2011年7月942名携儿童预防接种的家长进行问卷调查。结果接受调查的居民中,对手足口病知识掌握程度达到优良者占21.7%,及格者占27.9%,不及格者占50.3%;99.4%的居民知道手足口病为传染性疾病,但对本病的高发季节、传播途径、对传染源的管理认识不足(49.9%、33.7%、10.6%);99.3%的居民认为患手足口病后应该及时就诊,但对重症手足口病的表现了解不多(11.0%)。89.7%的居民认为患本病应该服用抗生素,而且对退热药的应用比较积极(88.4%)。不同文化程度居民对手足口病知识的掌握程度差异具有统计学意义(χ2=1 030.06,P<0.01)。结论普通居民对有关手足口病知识掌握不理想,有必要开展多种形式健康教育,提高对本病的预防控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the knowledge on hand-foot-mouth disease in residents during its sporadic time and related influencing factors,so as to provide theory basis for the prevention of the disease in future. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was employed to survey 942 parents who brought their children to have preventive inoculation during April 2009—July 2011. Results Among the residents surveyed,their knowledge on hand-foot-mouth disease was as follows: 21.7% were classified as excellent,27.9% passed and 50.3% failed;99.4% of them knew the disease was infectious,but their awareness of its high-onset season,route of transmission,and the management of source of infection was not enough,49.9%,33.7%,and 10.6%,respectively;99.3% considered that the disease should be treated timely when infected,but lack of understanding the manifestations of the disease(11.0%);89.7% of them thought oral antibiotics was necessary,and showed active to antifebric(88.4%).The difference of knowledge on this disease among individuals with different education background was statistically significant(χ2=1 030.06,P<0.01). Conclusion Common residents do not have enough knowledge on hand-foot-mouth disease,it is necessary to carry out diverse kinds of health education to promote the control of this disease.更多还原
