【摘要】 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对四川省市级业余体校篮球项目的生存困境及发展思路进行了研究。认为业余体校篮球项目队员出入不畅、教练员激励缺失、项目扶持导向偏颇、经费匮乏是造成业余体校篮球项目生存艰难主要原因。四川省市级业余体校应以项目发展观念为先导、以整合纵向与横向资源为突破口、以打造优秀教练员队伍为重点,以拓展融资渠道为保障,推进四川省市级业余体校篮球项目的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the literature material law,questionnaire and expert interview method,this paper researches the survival plight and thinking mode of basketball in Sichuan municipal amateur sports schools,believing that the poor players’ source and employment,lacking incentive mechanism of coaches and funds and funds are the main causes of their survival plight. This paper comes up with that Sichuan municipal sports schools should be girded by project development,integrate the resources as the breakthrough,emphasize excellent coach team and broaden the financing channels so as to improve the development of Sichuan municipal amateur sports schools.更多还原
