【摘要】 中华传统文化有重大的价值力量。老子思想是中华传统文化的瑰宝,博大精深,其"道"和"德"对各个行业都有重要借鉴价值。从历史和现状来看,在理论和现实两个层面上秘书文化都需要来自老子思想的交融和启迪。在秘书文化这一共同的"精神家园"内,以"文"化人,激励和约束秘书行为,通过辩证性思考、"上善若水"、"无为而治"、"慎终如始"的修为,实现老子思想应用于秘书工作的"道"。同时,在老子思想引领下,通过培育优秀秘书文化、创建学习型的秘书工作模式、构建秘书业务技能和道德价值体系等途径推动现代秘书行业的科学和持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional Chinese culture has significant value power.Lao Tsu’s thoughts is broad and profound,which is the treasure of traditional Chinese culture.The two terms "dao" and "de" provide important reference value for every industry.From the history and status quo,secretarial culture needs to blend with Lao Tsu’s thoughts both in theoretical and practical level.In the common "spiritual home" of secretarial culture,the secretarial action will be incentive and restraint.It is an important way to apply the Lao Tsu’s thoughts to the secretarial work by self-cultivation about dialectical thinking,fostering highest wisdom like water,governing by doing nothing that goes against nature,beginning well and ending well.At the same time,under the guidance of Lao Tsu’s thoughts,some suggestions were put forward in order to promote the scientific development of the modern secretary industry,such as promoting the quality of secretarial culture,creating a learning mode in secretarial work,building a system of the secretarial skills and moral values.更多还原
