【Abstract】 Designing tumor-targeted drugs has always been a research hotspot. As CD44 is over-expressed in various tumor cells, the design of the tumor-targeted drug delivery system based on the specific binding between CD44 and HA has become a new research direction. This paper described the basic structure of CD44 and the interaction between CD44 and HA. Research progress in the design of anti-tumor drug delivery system that targets CD44 was also reviewed.更多还原
