【Abstract】 The development of Qiantang River has used to focus on flood control and resource utilization, but ignore ecosystem and environment. Efforts are made to exploit ecological measures of building green barrier for controlling both flood and tide. Besides, laws and regulations need to be drafted for protecting shoreline and encouraging rational development. Together with careful planning and overall arrangement, the approach will help it to realize harmony between people and water.更多还原
