【Abstract】 Degradation of water environment and ecosystem in Haihe River Basin has become a bottleneck that restrains sustainable development of local economy and society.Therefore,water resources protection and ecological restoration form the key parts of current water management in the basin.A comprehensive analysis is made on the present condition of water resources protection and ecological recovery in line with Master Plan of Haihe River Basin recently approved by the State Council.General layout and restoration options are proposed for water resources protection and ecological restoration with specified measures.更多还原
