【摘要】 基于水利信息平台的信息获取与快速处理技术,是为改善水生态环境监测手段、增强防汛抗旱减灾能力、提高防汛抗旱指挥调度信息化水平而进行的研究。本研究以水利部的信息网络平台为基础,利用现代信息技术、遥感技术、地面监测技术和信息融合技术,集信息采集系统、信息传输系统、系统综合数据库、水灾害监测系统为一体,对所采集到的水灾、旱灾、水污染等信息进行快速处理、传输和标定,快速预警水灾害的发展趋势和结果,为决策部门提供合理的水灾害防治措施和快速处理方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of research of information access and rapid processing technology based on water information platform is to improve water environment monitoring means,enhance the ability of water disaster reduction and informationalized level.The research could provide reasonable water damage prevention measures for decision-making departments through making a rapid processing for collected water disasters and pollution information,based on the platform,which is applied on modern information technology,remote sensing technology,ground monitoring technology and information fusion technology,and integrated information collection system,information transmission system,a comprehensive database and water disaster monitoring system.更多还原
