【摘要】 河湖开发治理保护情况普查是全国第一次水利普查的8个专项之一,北京市河湖开发治理专项除完成国家规定普查任务外,拓展了3类普查对象的普查范围,丰富了入河湖排污口6项水质指标,提高了普查对象经纬度和河流长度的普查精度,创新了普查方式,为加强北京市水资源管理、实施最严格的水资源管理制度提供了科学翔实的基础数据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Census of the rivers and lakes development and conservation is one of the eight special censuses during the first national general survey of the Ministry of Water Resources.In addition to completion of the national census task,the scope of survey was expanded with three newly-increased objects and six census indicators.Innovative methods were employed in order to increase the accuracy rate of latitude and longitude degree of the survey object and river length.The results of census provide comprehensive information and data that can be used to strengthen water resources management and implementation of stringent water management system in the city.更多还原
