【Abstract】 In the view of Pieper,leisure is one of the foundations of western culture,but in modern society,leisure alienation,that contains two dimensions of cognition and value,is a universal phenomenon.The invading of the word of "total work"which stems from the modernity’s disenchantment is the root of the leisure alienation.In order to conquer the leisure disenchantment,Pieper pinned his hope on the re-disenchantment of the worship of Christianity.Although this is an inspiring route to conquer the leisure alienation,but as a mysticism route in one sense,its significance is suspect in modern rational society.更多还原
