基于视频图像识别的水位数据获取方法
Method of Water Level Data Capturing based on Video Image Recognition
【摘要】 针对浮子式、压力式、雷达式、超声波式等自动水位传感器所存在的易受环境影响,维护困难,需配套辅助设施等问题或缺陷,提供一种利用CCD摄像机获取含有"水尺"的视频,从视频流中实时截取"水尺"图像,对图像进行边缘检测、灰度拉伸、二值化等一系列处理后,剥离出刻度线,然后应用Hough变换识别并计算出刻度线的数量,从而导出水位值的方法。基于视频图像的水位数据获取主要靠软件实现,具有量测精度高、设备简单、维护方便、建设费用低等特点,实用化后可以应用于水位,乃至闸位的量测中。
【Abstract】 There are many problems,include environment influence,difficult to maintain,need ancillary devices in using automatic sensor to measure water level,like float-type level gauge,pressure-type stage gauge,radar-type level gauge etc.This paper provides a method that it captures the image of water level by camera from a gauge,then uses Hough transformation to recognize and count the number of graduation after deal the image with the way of edge detection,gray stretching and binarization,in the end conducts the water level value.Using this method,the devices is easily to install,can save cost,and has high precision,so it is suitable to apply in water level and gate position measurement.
