【Abstract】 This article references the 2011 annual drinking water quality report issued by the town of Shrewsbury Water Department in Massachusetts of the United States. It addresses the importance of educating consumers with drinking water quality information so that health issues resulted from improper handling of drinking water sources can be prevented.
