ACM/PA6耐油热塑性弹性体的制备及性能

【摘要】 研究了不同硫化体系、硫化剂含量及橡塑比对动态硫化丙烯酸酯橡胶/尼龙6(ACM/PA6)热塑性弹性体加工性能、力学性能和耐油性的影响。结果表明:3号硫化剂(N,N-二次肉桂基-1,6-己二胺)作为硫化剂最合适,其用量为2 phr或橡塑比为70/30时,热塑性弹性体性能最好。

【Abstract】 The effects of the different curing systems,content of vulcanizing agent,blending ratio on processability,mechanical property and oil resistance property of dynamically vulcanized ACM/ PA6 thermoplastic elastomer were studied.The results show that DIAK No.3 is the most suitable vulcanizing agent for the thermoplastic elastomer;when the content is 2 phr or the rubber plastic ratio is 70/30,the comprehensive performance of the thermoplastic elastomer is the best.
