半胱胺对肉鸡生产性能及屠宰性能的影响

【摘要】 为研究半胱胺对肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能的影响,试验选择1日龄罗斯308肉鸡90只,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只,分别在日粮中添加0(对照组)、100 mg/kg(试验组)半胱胺。饲养42 d后,测定肉鸡的生产性能、屠宰性能。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组22~42 d及试验全期日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);饲养42 d后,试验组屠宰率、胸肌率显著提高(P<0.05),腹脂率显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,肉鸡日粮中添加100 mg/kg半胱胺可提高肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of cysteamine on growth performance and slaughter performance of broilers. 90 1-day-old Rose broilers were randomly divided into 2 treatments with 3 replications of 15 each.The control group and trial group were added 0,100 mg/kg cysteamine,respectively.The test period was 42 days.The production performance and slaughter performance of broilers were determined.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG) and feed convertion rate(FCR) of the trail group in 22 ~ 42 days and whole period siginificantly increased(P < 0.05);slaughter rate,chest muscle rate of the trial group siginificantly raised(P < 0.05) and abdominal fat rate siginificantly reduced at 42 day(P < 0.05).In conclusion,100 mg/kg cysteamine in diet could improve growth production and slaughter performance of broibers.
