牛磺酸对笼养生长期蛋鸭生长性能及抗氧化功能的影响
Effects of taurine on growth performance and antioxidant function of caged growing laying ducks
【摘要】 为研究饲粮中添加不同水平牛磺酸对5~10周龄笼养蛋鸭生长性能及抗氧化功能的影响,试验采用单因素完全随机分组设计,选择4周龄健康金定蛋鸭180只,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只鸭。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅱ~Ⅴ组在玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮基础上分别添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的牛磺酸。试验期6周。结果表明:(1)Ⅲ、Ⅳ组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),平均日增重和料重比均随饲粮牛磺酸添加水平的增加呈二次曲线变化趋势,以此为指标估测牛磺酸的适宜添加水平分别是0.108%、0.107%;(2)Ⅲ组血清和肝脏中的总抗氧化能力和Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶活性、肝脏中丙二醛含量、血清中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),由二次回归模型估测牛磺酸的最适添加水平分别是0.109%、0.126%、0.104%、0.112%、0.120%、0.106%,而Ⅲ组肝脏中GSH-Px活性、血清中MDA含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合以上结果得出笼养生长期蛋鸭牛磺酸的最适添加水平为0.11%。
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of taurine on growth performance and antioxidant function of caged growing laying ducks aged from 5 to 10 weeks.Using a single factor completely randomized design,a total of 180 four-week old Jinding egg-type ducklings were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates of 6 each.Ducks of control group(groupⅠ)were fed basal diet,and the others of experimental groups(groupsⅡ ~ Ⅴ)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.2% taurine,respectively.The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed as follows:(1)average daily gain of group Ⅲ,Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05),and the feed to gain of groups Ⅲ were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),the average daily gain and feed to gain were changed quadratically with increasing dietary taurine level,and the estimation values of optimal dietary taurine level were 0.108% and 0.107%;(2)the serum and liver total anti-oxidation capability(T-AOC) of group Ⅲ and the serum and liver super oxide dismutase(SOD),the liver malondialdehyd(MDA)content,and serum glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity of group Ⅲ,Ⅳ showed significant differences compared with the control group(P > 0.05),and the optimal taurine supplemental levels estimated by quadratic regression model analysis were 0.109%,0.126%,0.104%,0.112%,0.120%,0.106%,but the liver GSH-PX activity and the serum MDA in group Ⅲ showed no significant difference compared with the control group(P < 0.05);Based on the various indicators,the optimal dietary taurine level of caged growing laying ducks was 0.11%.
