蝇蛆蛋白粉在中华鳖日本品系饲料中应用效果初探

【摘要】 本试验利用无菌蝇蛆蛋白粉作为中华鳖日本品系(Pelodiscus sinensis Japanese strain)饲料蛋白源,替代常规饲料中50%的鱼粉,通过9个月温室养殖试验,对比研究两种饲料对中华鳖日本品系生长性能、体组成及肉品质质量安全的影响。结果表明,饲料中50%鱼粉被蝇蛆蛋白粉替代后,存活率有所提高(P>0.05),但生长速度显著下降(P<0.05)。饲料中添加蝇蛆蛋白粉不会对试验鳖肌肉营养组成造成影响,试验鳖食品质量安全也符合水产品质量安全标准。由此可见,蝇蛆蛋白粉在中华鳖日本品系饲料中具有一定的应用潜力,但其最适添加量需进一步研究确定。

【Abstract】 The study was conducted to study the effects of dietary 50% fish meal replacment by housefly maggot meal on the growth performance,muscle proximate composition and food safty in juveniles Pelodiscus sinensis Japanese strain.At the end of 9 months feeding trial in greenhouse,the survival rate of Pelodiscus sinensis Japanese strain fed with magmeal supplementary diet was higher than the control group without significant difference(P > 0.05),however,the weight gain and specific growth rate decreased significantly in this group(P < 0.05).The proximate compositions of muscle bewteen two treatments showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).With regard to the aspect of food safety,both of the experimental groups could satisfie the aquatic products safety standard.The results indicated that housefly maggot meal was a potential protein source which could be applied in Pelodiscus sinensis Japanese strain feed,however,the optimal replacement level deserves to be further investigated.
