基于Moldflow与正交试验的变径管注塑工艺设计
Injection Process Design for Variable-diameter Tube Based on Moldflow and Orthogonal Experiment
【摘要】 利用Moldflow对变径管进行“流动+冷却+翘曲”模拟分析并结合正交实验分析了模具温度、熔体温度、充填时间、保压压力、保压时间工艺参数对变径管翘曲变形的影响,得到最佳注塑工艺参数组合。利用Moldflow验证最佳参数组合对翘曲的影响,对指导模具设计和生产提供依据,缩短模具开发周期,降低生产成本,提高注塑产品的质量。
【Abstract】 The optimizing injection parameters such as, melt temperature, packing time, packing pressure,filling time and mold temperature were gained from the orthogonal experiment, by analyzing the warp effect on variable-diameter tube through Moldflow software under the “Flowing+Cooling+Warp”model. The optimizing injection parameters were proved by Moldflow and they will offer reference for designing and producing mold,shorten the cycle of developing mold,decreased the cost,increased the quality of products.
