新型环氧扩链剂对回收PET性能的影响
The Influence of New Epoxy-chain Extender on the Properties of Recycled PET
【摘要】 在回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)瓶片料中添加不同质量分数的自制环氧类扩链剂CE051,利用反应挤出技术在同向双螺杆挤出机中进行反应扩链挤出。测试了挤出产物的特性黏数、热力学性能和力学性能。结果表明,CE051的加入使回收PET的熔点、熔融焓和结晶度均下降,冷结晶温度增加,同时热稳定性增加,力学性能尤其是韧性极大提高。
【Abstract】 Different contents of epoxy-based chain extender CE051 was added into the material for recycled PET bottle,reactive extrusion process for recycled PET flakes was carried out by means of a corotating twin screw extruder. The intrinsic viscosity,thermal properties and the mechanical properties of the products were investigated. The results showed that after the addition of CE051,the melt point,melting entropy and he degree of crystallinity of the r-PET decreased, and its thermal stability and mechanical properties especially the toughness increased obviously.
