高速旋转式吹瓶机开合模凸轮机构的设计应用

【摘要】 利用机械原理的多连杆机构解析法,对开合模凸轮机构进行了理论研究和应用设计,得到了开合模凸轮机构的笛卡尔坐标参数方程描述;通过Proe5.0实现对开合模凸轮机构理想轮廓曲线和三维实体的描绘,使得高速旋转式吹瓶机的开合模凸轮机构设计更加精确、可靠、安全、稳定,为凸轮系统创新设计提供理论基础与设计思路。

【Abstract】 The analytic methods of multi-link mechanism on mechanical principle were utilized and were carried outtheoretical research and application design for the opening and closing cam mechanism. We derived the Cartesian coordinate formula about the opening and closing cam mechanism and achieved parametric equationcharacterization about ideal outlines curve and three-dimensional depiction through proe5. 0. The designing of the opening and closing cam mechanism were more precise,more reliable,safer,more stable for rotary bottle blowing machine and provided the theoretical principle and design ideas of cam system for innovative design.
